We want to accommodate the needs of the couples and therefore offer flexible opening hours from Monday to Sunday. After you submit your appointment request, you will be asked about your preferable days and times. Based on this, we will suggest you various options.

For the reasons mentioned above, we are currently only available by appointment.

After receiving your appointment request, the designer will have a short call to discuss the key elements of your dress search. When you arrive at the atelier, Alessia will have you try on some styles she selected based on your requests. Once your dress is found, you will be asked to do another two or three fittings, depending on any alterations needed, before scheduling the final delivery of the dress approaching your wedding date.

There’s no limit to the number of dresses you can try on; this depends on how the appointment goes. After you request an appointment, our designer Alessia will have a brief conversation with you. She will ask you specific questions to determine the style and features of your perfect dress. During your consultation, you’ll find a selection of dresses to try on, but of course, you can also pick other styles out of the selection. Some people find their perfect dress right away, others only after three trials. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!

The duration varies depending on the type of appointment: The initial consultation and clothing selection can take up to two hours, while the next fittings take about an hour. In any case, the store will be entirely at your disposal, and we will never pressure you.

A maximum of three guests are allowed at the consultation appointment. This number is important so that the bride can receive sufficient advice without being overwhelmed by too many opinions. Therefore, please choose carefully who you bring with you.

We recommend booking an appointment at least 8 months before your wedding to ensure the widest selection of styles and the best customisation options possible. A bespoke style requires a minimum of 6 to 8 months to make.

Of course, our atelier in Merano also offers a wide selection of dresses, matching sets and accessories for brides who are getting married at the last minute, which you can take home immediately after your appointment. However, we recommend visiting the store at least a month before your wedding to get a wider selection, have your dress altered to your measurements and to enjoy a relaxed shopping experience!

Verliebt also dresses the groom, but no ready-made collections are currently available. However, upon request, we can design some completely custom-made and personalized garments so that future husbands can live up to their brides’ expectations! For these types of creations, we ask that you schedule an appointment at least six months in advance.
